Available for Web Slots

Appointments available for patients to book online are identified in Session view by a text "Available for Web" and a Globe icon:

• The available for web slots can be booked as normal by reception staff.
• Any slot booked online by a patient displays the Globe icon next to the status.

 

The configuration and distribution of Reserved for Web slots is can be managed with either Appointments Back Office or within Vision 3 Appointments.
